• You will not post duplicate or spam listings.

Prohibited listings include, but are not limited to: illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, controlled substances, adult content, and financial scams.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to defraud other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.

Edamame.uk is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We do not participate in, guarantee, or take responsibility for transactions between users.

All dealings are directly between users. We strongly encourage meeting in safe, public locations and following our safety guidelines.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Edamame.uk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content as part of operating the Service.

We may use AI-generated translations of your content to display it in other languages. You consent to this by posting on the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

Automated AI moderation is used to help identify potentially harmful content. Final decisions may be made by our team.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edamame.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses from transactions with other users.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
